Carbonara Day

The “Carbonara” was not born from the idea of some American soldier, nor from a single Italian chef, but has developed and evolved over the years in the kitchens of many Italians, food lovers who have once again demonstrated their ability to prepare excellent food with few humble ingredients. Egg yolk, Guanciale (pork cheek, not bacon), Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper. Nothing else.
